Looking for literature on the relatinship between CSR/sustainability/competitivess of nations

    Hi,

     

    I am looking for literature on three main areas:  

     

    -          The contribution of CSR (at the company level) to sustainability (society level)

    -          The relationship between CSR and competitiveness of nations

    -          The relationship between competitiveness of nations and sustainability

     

    So far I haven't found much on those topics which I find a little bit strange.... Your help would be very welcome.

    The NGO /consulting firm "Sustainability" has written on the link
    between CSR and competitiveness...they call it "responsible
    competitiveness." I for one do not find it convincing, but just plug
    that in on google.
