On September 21- 22, <st1:personname w:st="on">EABIS</st1:personname> and IESE Business School will bring together 300+ senior executives, deans, researchers, policy makers and other stakeholders for the 8th Annual Colloquium. The main focus of the 2009 conference will be on challenges and issues for corporate and global governance, elaborating the questions on how the role of business in society is likely to change; and to what extent governance mechanisms can foster Corporate Responsibility at Global, company and individual levels. These issues will be addressed in three high-level debates:
· Social, political and economic perspectives on the failure of governance in the Global economy
· The governance of the firm and managing sustainable value creation in markets & society
· Future implications for executive development and learning in business schools, companies and corporate universities
Presenting in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Barcelona</st1:city></st1:place> - We actively encourage all interested stakeholders to contribute a case study, research proposal or knowledge input for the Colloquium.
