SIM Members:
If you are interested in nominating a favourite SIM-related book for the 2009 SIM Book Award, please do so by June 10th. All SIM members are eligible to nominate books. Nominated authors need not be members of SIM.
Books that are related to the SIM area and were published between January 2004 and December 2008 (inclusive) are eligible for nomination. Textbooks and edited books with mutiple contributors are not eligible.
Nominated books will be rated on their relevance to SIM, contribution to the field, and empirical and/or theoretical rigour. Potential topics covered by nominated books include, but are not limited to:
Corporate social responsibilty/performance
Business ethics
Stakeholder theory
Corporate governance
Sustainability/Environment
Compliance
Etc.
