The Society for Business Ethics will sponsor a special session in memory of
Thomas Dunfee, Professor of Legal Studies and Business Ethics and Joseph
Kolodny Professor of Social Responsibility in Business at the Wharton
School, University of Pennsylvania. Professor Dunfee died suddenly on 2 June
2008. Please join us to celebrate his life and work.
The session will feature remarks from
Thomas Donaldson, Mark O. Winkelman Professor and Professor of Legal Studies
and Business Ethics, the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania
R. Edward Freeman, Elis and Signe Olsson Professor of Business
Administration, Darden School of Business, University of Virginia
Edwin Hartman, Visiting Professor of Business Ethics and Peter and Charlotte
Schoenfeld Faculty Fellow, Stern School of Business, New York University
Patricia Werhane, Ruffin Professor of Business Ethics, Darden School of
Business, University of Virginia and Wicklander Chair in Business Ethics,
DePaul University
The session will follow the Business Meeting of the Society for Business
Ethics.
