Arrangements for the upcoming annual meeting in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Anaheim</st1:city></st1:place> are nearing completion. Please find below a few important items to note.
The deadline for registering for the meeting is July 5. You can register through the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Philosophy</st1:placename> <st1:placename w:st="on">Documentation</st1:placename> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Center</st1:placetype></st1:place> website here. You can still register after July 5, but the registration fee increases.
The deadline for hotel reservations is July 16. You can make reservations through the Doubletree website here. Note that there are two Doubletree hotels in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Anaheim</st1:city></st1:place> with somewhat similar names. The conference will be held at:

<st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">USA</st1:country-region></st1:place> 92802 Phone 1.714.750.3000 An earlier listing in the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">Academy</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Management</st1:placename></st1:place>'s program regarding the SIM/SBE joint keynote speech on Saturday evening listed the incorrect hotel. That has been changed, but for those of you who checked that site some days ago may have been misinformed. Please confirm that you have the correct Doubletree.
Finally, the latest program is now available here. There have been a number of changes. I encourage you to check the new program to confirm the time and place for sessions of interest.
