    Hi all-

     

    [Please excuse the cross-postings]

    On August 8 & 9 more than 150 attendees, representing over 100 schools, participated in a series of Web Conferences introducing Beyond Grey Pinstripes 2007.  This was a terrific (and unprecedented) sign of early interest in the next round of the research survey. 

     

    The next steps in our process include:

    1. September – Distribution of "reviewers copy" of survey questions; invitation to request login and password for online survey
    2. October – Second Round of Web Conferences – Best Practices in Survey Completion (a walk through of the revamped survey website)
    3. November 1, 2006 to January 15, 2007 – Survey site open to data entry

     

    You may find the following useful:

     

    1. Using Internet Explorer only, go to http://www.genesys.com/ and click on the Participants Join Button.   

    (At this point Genesys will put your computer through an automatic browser test. You will want to turn off all pop-up blockers that may be active on your computer. Tech support can help you with this and can be reached at 1-800-305-5208.)

    2. After passing the browser test, you will reach a prompt in which you may enter the Moderator's meeting number. This number is 2204785. Enter the number and click the "View List of Archives" button.

    3. Click the "View" link.  Enter your name and email address.  You do not need a password.

    4. Click "Select."  After loading, the web conference should begin to play.  You may skip forward or back by clicking on any of the names of the slides.
