    Dear Colleagues,

    I'd like to ask you to be a reviewer for the SIM Division for the 2019 Annual Academy of Management Meeting in Boston.

    You do not need to be a SIM member to serve as a reviewer. You do not even need to be planning on attending the annual conference. Our reviewer assignment will be based on the keywords you indicate as your areas of interest and expertise. The review period is from January 23 to February 14, 2019. We will recognize the very best reviewers with an award from the SIM Division at the SIM Business Meeting.

    Reviewing is a great opportunity for scholars to learn about the review process and read some of the newest work in the field before anyone else. It is also a great opportunity for emerging scholars to learn about the review process and gain experience reviewing papers – so we welcome those who haven't reviewed before. We expect to receive hundreds of submissions for the 2019 Academy SIM program and we need your help to review them. Just go to     http://review.aom.org and click the "Sign In" button. When you come to the Division and Interest Group Selection please be sure to choose SIM.

    Please note that even if you have reviewed in the past, you still need to sign up again for the 2019 Annual Meeting. SIM depends on a terrific pool of reviewers and we need you to sign up in order to ensure a great program in Boston.

    I write to thank everyone who has agreed to be a reviewer for SIM – and to let folks know we still need a lot more people to agree to review if we are going to have a quality review process for people who submit to our division. We currently have 260 people signed up – and we will need close to 500 people to assure we get 3 reviews per submission.
