Position openings at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the Free University of Bolzano/Bozen

The Faculty of Economics and Management of the Free University of Bolzano/Bozen, Italy invites expressions for interest for assistant, associate and full professor positions, depending the availability of funding, in the area of Management. The positions aim at integrating the research topics carried on by the Research Group on Entrepreneurship and Innovation of the Faculty of Economics and Management.

Profile

Candidates interested in exploring job opportunities at the Free University of Bolzano/Bozen should have a Phd in Management, Economics, Business and Management Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology Management or related fields, with a focus on strategic management, change management, entrepreneurship, or digital business.

About the Faculty of Economics and Management at the Free University of Bolzano

The Faculty of Economics and Management was founded in 1998, counts more than 1000 students and more than 50 faculty members who study and work in three languages: German, Italian and English. Through academic excellence in research and teaching, the Faculty contributes to the development of the South-Tyrolean economy while being solidly connected to international scientific networks.

Research carried out in our faculty has been ranked no 2 in the Research Quality Evaluation in Italy in 2017 and the university is among the Top-10 small universities worldwide by THE (Times Higher Education).

The Research Group on Entrepreneurship and Innovation aims at academic excellence in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation and technology management, international management and family business; its members have published articles in journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Global Strategy Journal, International Small Business Journal, Journal of International Management, Journal of World Business, Academy of Management Perspectives, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Family Business Review, etc.
