For the cases in the regular stream: we are looking for empirical cases (non-fictional cases, in a real business context, with a clear decision focus), relevant for use in undergraduate or graduate business programs. All Regular Cases must be accompanied by a teaching note and be submitted according to the Case Style Guide and submission instructions found on the ASAC website and the ASAC 2018 EasyChair submission site (click here) Field cases (based on primary research, e.g. interviews) must include a case release form. All submissions will be peer reviewed, with awards recognizing the best case(s) submitted.
For the cases in the development stream: We welcome Cases In Development, where the work has begun (e.g. interviews conducted) but guidance is sought for structure, style, focus, or other elements of case writing. To submit your work to this stream you must complete and submit the proposal form found on the ASAC website which includes a synopsis of the case you are developing the areas in which you are seeking guidance.
To submit for either stream, you will need an EasyChair account. The submission deadline is 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time on February 5, 2018. Late submissions and submissions made directly to Case division executive members will not be considered.
