The Centre will seek to transform responsible business practice in the banking sector and beyond, through engaged research, agenda-setting thought leadership, and innovative and accessible responsible business education. The successful candidate will have a strong research leadership track record in business ethics, corporate governance, or a closely related field, which will be used to establish an extensive research programme. He/she will assume the Directorship of the Centre and as the Centre will be high profile we are seeking someone who can demonstrate they have engaged successfully with multiple stakeholders, including policy and business stakeholders, the media and the public. Drawing on the work of the Centre, the successful candidate will be expected to utilise his/her research in contributing to teaching programmes in the fields identified above.
