    Dear Colleagues,

    I would like to invite you to take part in my doctoral dissertation research project with New Mexico State University (NMSU). This study has been reviewed and approved by the NMSU IRB (Institutional Review Board).

     

    The online Qualtrics survey is designed to measure organizational politics perceptions and job outcomes in higher education. It will take approximately 8-12 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and no identifying information will be collected to ensure confidentiality.
