At the newly founded Institute for Integrated Quality Design (IQD), Johannes Kepler University of Linz (JKU), Austria, we are seeking as soon as possible candidates for 2 PostDoc positions (100%, 5y) in Sustainability/Innovation/Quality Management and Design. Application deadline is 15 November 2015, with employment to start as soon as possible.
Starting its activities in October 2015, the IQD is a new interdisciplinary research institute at the intersection of management and industrial engineering focusing on research and teaching in the areas of sustainability-oriented innovation, integrated quality management systems and design for sustainability. The institute's mission is to better understand the development and diffusion of products and services with superior technical, environmental and social quality over the entire life-cycle (supply, production, use, post/re-use and circularity) and how this can be enabled by advanced product-service development and quality management approaches as well as, more generally, organisational change and transformation. The institute is part of the Linz Institute of Technology (LIT), the university's new international flagship organisation developing research-based responses to key challenges in the context of changing technologies, markets and societies.
German AND English language skills are required.
