    Dear Colleagues,

Edward Elgar Publishing is re-releasing "Smart Talent Management: On the Powerful Amalgamation of Talent Management and Knowledge Management" (http://www.elgaronline.com/view/9781847205131.xml) -- which was first published in 2008 and was one of the pioneering books on talent management.  Seven years ago it seemed a bit ahead of its time.  If you have not done so, please check it out and see how relevant and it is now.

    Best regards,
    Vlad Vaiman
