    Dear SIM friends,

It is a big pleasure for me to announce our first Organization & Environment Review of the Literature Special Issue on organizations and natural environment. Our two guest editors (Stephanie Bertels and Frances Bowen) have made an excellent work to coordinate all the editorial process of this outstanding issue. We would like to thank all the contributors and the reviewers for their high quality collaborations.

We are pretty sure that this issue will be very useful for your future research .  Enjoy! (and share with your colleagues, students, and friends ;-)

    Best wishes,

    * Prof. Mark Starik, University of Technology Sidney
    * Prof. J. Alberto Aragon-Correa, University of Surrey
