Play is a fundamental aspect of human nature that, although not always recognized as such, is in fact unavoidable in organizational life. Hence, different work settings, such as a trading floor or an assembly line, may produce different manifestations of play. Second, it aims to shed light on the benefits and tensions related to integrating play and work.
Scheduled: Tuesday, Aug 9 2016 3:00pm - 4:30pm at Anaheim Convention Center, Room 304D.
