    Greetings!

As many of you know, the Giving Voice to Values approach has gone digital! We partnered with Nomadic Learning two years ago to create a digital complement to the GVV approach and it is now being used with 25+ schools globally including: NYU, William & Mary, University of Miami, Arizona State, Asian Institute of Management, Victoria University (Malaysia, Melbourne and Sydney campuses), Queens University and their Smith School of Business, Notre Dame and the Mendoza College of Business, University of North Texas, University of Waterloo, and the University of California to name a few. It is also being used in the corporate world -with Unilever leading the way.

This 6 Field Manual program is a great way to help introduce or integrate the GVV approach with your students so that faculty who want to integrate a GVV case or exercise into their own courses can assume the students are already familiar with it. The 6 modules are based on Nomadic's approach to "small group learning at digital scale" so it's easy to use with individual teams and classes, or across the full university as part of an orientation model.

As you know, almost everything within the GVV pedagogy is entirely free. These are not. However, Nomadic and GVV have worked together to discount the program substantially. We are proud to be able to offer the full Field Manual program for only $20 per student. Most often, this is paid directly by the students, although we do have some deans who have covered the cost. There is never a charge for you or your institution and we now have facilitator guides for the full program to help you easily integrate them with the rest of your syllabus.

Students receive lifelong access to the program and any notes they take within it, so it is a great tool for them to take with them as they head back into the work force.

If you'd like to learn more or get set up to use the program, please let me know or check out this two minute animated overview here

And of course, I am always happy to answer other questions about how other faculty, schools and companies are using GVV, either with these online modules or based on the print materials (cases, exercises, books, etc.).

Thanks as always for your time and commitment to values-driven leadership development!
