Dear Colleagues,
I would like to bring to your attention the pre-conference Colloquium on Business Education taking place at the 2016 AASHE Conference & Expo on Oct. 9, 2016 in Baltimore, Maryland. This event focuses on specific strategies being used to develop sustainable business education - curriculum, pedagogy, research and grants, student and faculty attitudes and behaviors, community outreach and administrative efforts. Join speakers from the Aspen Institute, UNESCO, Duke University, North Carolina State University, Skidmore College, University of Michigan, Appalachian State University, and Wake Forest University to explore, discuss and develop strategies to more effectively and collaboratively advance sustainable business education.
AASHE 2016 will bring together 2,000 higher education sustainability leaders from around the globe. This year's theme,
Beyond the Campus, explores the dissemination and implementation of sustainability solutions in surrounding communities and the world. Meeting the sustainability challenge will require collaboration across sectors and with stakeholders outside of academia.
