UCLA is looking for postdoctoral researchers for the year 2017-2018 to conduct social science research on climate change at the Center for Corporate Environmental Performance (CCEP) http://www.ioe.ucla.edu/ccep/ in the Institute of the Environment.

CCEP projects focus on areas such as energy efficiency, corporate social responsibility and corporate performance, greening supply chains, and Eco-Labeling.

The candidate will work with Professor Magali Delmas and other professors at the UCLA Institute of the Environment and the Anderson School of Management.

Relevant disciplines are economics, business strategy, organizational behavior, and operations management but others can be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with strong quantitative analytical skills.

The postdoc program is through the NatureNet Science Fellows program in collaboration with the Nature Conservancy. Postdoctoral researchers at UCLA will develop social science research in the area of corporate sustainability and or/energy conservation and climate change.

The NatureNet Science Fellows program offers additional benefits to postdoctoral researchers such as working with a Nature Conservancy mentor and training in science communication and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
