The EGADE Business School of the Tecnologico de Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a postdoctoral research associate to join the Social Innovation Research Group and engage in research related to business and sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and business ethics. The research group is currently examining the development and adaptation of business models to solve social and environmental problems.
The appointment is for one-year with an option to renew for a second year upon mutual agreement. Candidates skilled in quantitative or historical research methods would be especially welcome. The focus is on developing papers that are ready for publication in high-quality (Q1 Scopus) journals.
A candidate should have a doctoral degree in business, economics, sociology, law or history. Prior research experience on topics related to corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and business ethics is highly desirable. Command of the English language is required and fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
The expected starting date is September 1, 2016. Salary is competitive and benefits include relocation expenses.
