Apologies for cross postings.
Colleagues,
The Management Department at the University of Central Florida is seeking applicants for two anticipated positions--one at the Assistant/Associate level, the other Associate/Full. These will be a full-time, tenure track appointment in OB/HR to begin Fall 2015. Candidates are expected to hold a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a closely related discipline. Salary, teaching load and research support are commensurate with other major research institutions.
We seek candidates demonstrating excellence in scholarship with the expectation that the individual will publish in the most respected journals in Organizational Behavior and related disciplines. We are not committed to any particular area of research, theory or methodological approach, but are open to applications from any scholar asking interesting and important research questions within the field of Organizational Behavior. In terms of teaching, we seek candidates who have strong teaching skills at various student levels (e.g., undergraduate, MBA, doctoral). Teaching responsibilities will include Human Resource Management courses at the undergraduate and master's levels.
The Management Department at UCF includes the areas of Organizational Behavior, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. Current faculty members include Maureen Ambrose, Craig Crossley, Robert Folger, Cameron Ford, Stephen Goodman, Aaron McKenny, Carol Saunders, Marshall Schminke, and Shannon Taylor.
