To All,
Please find the following link to the 2012 CPA-Zicklin Index of Corporate Political Accountability and Disclosure, a second-annual benchmarking study that ranks the top 200 companies in the S&P 500 on their governance and disclosure practices of political spending. The study looked at how the largest U.S. companies are engaging in the political process with corporate funds, and found that an increasing number of companies are disclosing their contributions to political candidates and ballot measures, as well as, to a lesser extent, expenditures made through trade associations and third-party groups.
