Approaches to Integrating Sustainability into Business Schools, 20-21 October 2011, Nottingham University Business School
The HEFCE funded project 'Integrating Sustainability into Business Schools' (ISIBS) is near completion.
Therefore we want to present and discuss our findings with a wider audience at a final workshop on the 20th and 21st October at the Nottingham University Business School.
The workshop has been conceived to provide a forum for wide ranging debate on approaches to integrating sustainability into business schools and the aim of the workshop is to enable an exchange of experiences by members of Business Schools, other University departments and wider institutions engaged with this agenda.
Presentations will be made about
i. Research into progress made by signatories of the UN Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME)
ii. Approaches made by leading business schools
iii. Perspectives by key institutions (all confirmed):
- Jonas Haertle, Head, UN PRME Secretariat
- Jonathan Slack, Chief Executive of the Association of Business Schools (ABS)
- Joanna Simpson, Senior Higher Education Policy Adviser, HEFCE
