    We are seeking an ambitious and exceptional colleague at the Lecturer level, to join our Strategy, International Management and Entrepreneurship Group at King's Business School. Please see below the details.

    The salary will be paid at Grade 6/7 £37,412 - £53,355 per annum, inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance.

    King's College London is one of the top 25 universities in the world (2018 QS World University Rankings) and the fourth oldest university in England, with nearly 30,000 students from some 150 countries, and 8,000 employees. King's Business School is the ninth and newest research-intensive faculty located in the iconic Bush House in the heart of London, a hub for engagement with business, the City, social enterprise, government and the public sector. King's Business School attracts students from over 80 countries into our undergraduate and specialist MSc programmes.

    We are looking to recruit an outstanding candidate, with an interest in business ethics and sustainability to join the King's Business School. The School is one of the top ten ranked centres for the study of management and business in the UK, and became an independent Faculty on 1 August 2017, reflecting growth in the range and scale of research and teaching. There are presently over 100 academic staff and a full range of undergraduate, Masters and PhD programmes.

    In order to achieve our ambitions, we are now looking to recruit a Lecturer (AEP) in Business Ethics and Sustainability. The successful candidate will deliver teaching and learning of a high standard and be passionate about the relationship between research, management education and the student experience. Applications are sought from outstanding scholars with strong interests in being a part of the SIME (Strategy, International Management & Entrepreneurship) Group.

    The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to high quality research-informed teaching and learning and an interest in developing our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The post-holder will be expected to contribute to the Group in the areas of research, impact, teaching, student engagement and administration. Ideally, you should have a PhD in a relevant discipline (or close to completion), a relevant qualification in education (PGCAP or equivalent), and membership of the Higher Education Academy (or commitment to obtain within two years of appointment).

    King's Business School is committed to ensuring an inclusive interview process and will reimburse up to £250 towards any additional care costs (for a dependent child or adult) incurred as a result of attending an interview for this position.

    This post will be offered on an indefinite contract

    This is a full-time post

    The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment, a presentation.
