    SUSILO INSTITUTE FOR ETHICS IN THE GLOBAL ECONOMY
    2nd Annual Symposium
    Defining Global Ethics for the 21st Century Economy –

    New Realities for Businesses and Educators


    The Susilo Institute for Ethics in the Global Economy at Boston University's Questrom School of Business will be hosting its second annual Global Ethics Symposium in Boston, MA from June 15-17, 2017.

    Deadline for both is EXTENDED to December 1, 2017.

    Also, we are pleased to announce that accepted papers may be considered for publication in the Journal of Business Ethics Education (JBEE).

     

    Please consider joining us in Boston for a program of inspiring site visits, case studies, research and practitioner presentations, engaging and interactive panel discussions involving and directed toward both academics and practitioners from throughout the United States and the world.  The 2017 Symposium will be a part of a new Global Business Ethics Week (June 12-17), which also includes linked events at Bentley University.

     

    Program features:

    ·        Keynote Speakers such as Dr. Francesca Gino (Harvard)

    ·        Site visits to Fenway (home of the Boston Red Sox!) and many more

    ·        Panels exploring the current and future environment of publishing, with journal editors and board members from around the world! (BEQ, BE:ER, JBE, B&SR all represented!)

    ·        Discussions surrounding B-corporations, social impact investing, UN-PRME, the changing global business model of pharma, and so many more

     

    We seek to explore and exchange ideas surrounding the role of ethics in the global economy through this unique and interactive forum.   Please submit your proposals and save June 15-17, 2017 on your calendar now.
