Prize Fellowship in Business and Society

We seek to appoint high-performance individuals with great potential. New staff will take a lead role in achieving our strategy to build on success and drive us forward into a new period of growth.

We are looking for early-stage researchers with the potential to become research leaders. These two-year Fellowships are intended to:

·         fast-track fellows to a permanent appointment

·         offer a significantly reduced teaching load

·         provide an opportunity to collaborate with leading faculty on research

These Fellows will join a University-wide cohort of like-minded rising research stars. This position is based in the Centre for Business, Organisations and Society (CBOS) (http://www.bath.ac.uk/cbos/). CBOS is an internationally renowned centre for research on corporate social responsibility and sustainability. You will join a vibrant interdisciplinary community with many well-established national and international partnerships.

Your research can focus on any area of business and society scholarship, and from any disciplinary perspective. However, we will give particular preference to those with an active research programme in at least one of the following areas:

·         corporate social responsibility and global governance

·         responsibilities in the supply chain

·         cross-sector partnerships

·         business, human rights, and modern slavery

·         corporate social responsibility communication and disclosure

·         sustainable consumption

·         democratising the corporation
