To SIM members:
As you may know, the Academy of Management provides each division with a web site under the "AoM Connect" label. The intent is to provide both resources for division members and a limited amount of social networking. SIM has begun to re-work our site in order to substantially improve its utility for members. We have a tentative functional design and are exploring whether the Academy software will allow us to do all that we would like. Until we finish revising the site, you can expect its appearance to be somewhat chaotic and changeable (there is no way that we know to work on it offline then simply replace the site with a new one). When we've got it to a certain point, I'll email again and explain the changes. Until then, I apologize that postings to the old "Recently Added Information" list that now scrolls on the cover page may not stay visible from time to time.
The work on the site is being done by Greg Bartolomei, a senior in the College of Business Administration at the University of Pittsburgh. Greg's work as SIM Intern is being supported by the David Berg Center for Leadership and Ethics at Katz. I would like to thank Center Director Audrey Murrell for making that support possible.

I would like to thank Ron Roman of San Jose State University, who is moving on after his many years of service to the SIM Division as webmaster. Please give Ron a round of electronic applause for the great work he provided to us all that time in so many ways.
