To SIM Members:
Many SIM members prefer to stay at the hotel that hosts SIM panels, given the convenience of hopping on an elevator and getting to the panels quickly. The main Academy host hotels tend to fill up early, so it helps to know where SIM will be.
The SIM headquarters hotel for the 2011 Academy of Management Meeting in San Antonio, TX (August 12-16, 2011) will be the Marriott Rivercenter. Most SIM panels will be at this hotel. Here is a link to the hotel reservations site:
