Dear Colleagues,
We would like to organize a Professional Development Workshop (PDW) at this year's Academy of Management Meeting, which will be held in Anaheim, California, USA on August 5-9, 2016. Our aim is to organize a rich and multi-disciplinary discussion on:
The Role of Business and the Private Sector in the Refugee Crises.
Please refer to the Call for Contributors attached for further information about the proposed workshop.
With this theme in mind, we would like to invite you to submit a paragraph describing how you envision contributing to this PDW. If interested, please let us know by sending an email to ck16@aub.edu.lb before December 4th.
Other deadlines to keep in mind:
• December 10th: Initial short description of your contribution to the PDW
• December 22nd: Two-page synopsis of your key activities/ideas
• January 11th: PDW submission by organizers
• End of March: Notification of Acceptance of the PDW by AOM
