This caucus will encourage discussion to explore new types of governance structures that support the emergence of entrepreneurship and the related ecosystems in developing countries. Local entrepreneurship puts local people in charge and if conducted with some guiding structures, may offer frameworks for building local sustainable economies for future generations.

Participants will be expected to come to this caucus with at least one fresh case study related to new governance structures for building entrepreneurial ecosystems in developing countries. Participants will be expected to write up the case in at least a summary form and be willing to share it with the group and for inclusion in a potential book of cases.
