This PDW will provide an introduction to content analysis and its theoretical and empirical applications to multiple areas of management research. Distinguished presenters include:

· Arijit Chatterjee, Pennsylvania State University

· Goce Andrevski, Queen's School of Business, Canada
Each presenter will relate their unique experiences with content analysis, discuss general opportunities and challenges surrounding the use of content analysis as a research methodology, illuminate particular techniques and applications of content analysis in specific research domains, and address audience questions. The session will conclude with presenter-led round-table discussions that will enable participants interested in using content analysis to interact and receive feedback.
Note: This PDW provides an introduction and is scheduled to precede a related, technically focused PDW on 'Using Computer Assisted Qualitative Data Analysis Software: Comparing NVivo, QDA Miner and Atlas.ti' which is scheduled from 2:20PM - 6:20PM at Swissôtel Chicago in Zurich B.
