    Social Responsibility beginning in Autumn 2007. This scholar will:
    * Serve as Director of the Center, leading staff and an advisory board in

    The Graduate School is launching a Sustainable Enterprise MBA in the fall of 2007, and we seek to attract a candidate who will help us to achieve international prominence.

    Position: Associate Director for Business Outreach
     
    The Rutland Institute for Ethics is dedicated to nurturing an ethical environment on and off campus.  It strives to be both a resource and a provider of ethics-based services for several of the most important communities of life: businesses, the professions, government, and K-12 education.  Accordingly, the Institute has two broad areas of strategic focus: Ethics Across the Campus and Ethics in the Communities of Life.  Pursuing major initiatives in these areas of strategic focus the Institute seeks to establish a reputation for excellence and achieve national prominence. 
     
    Position Description: 
    The Associate Director for Business Outreach is responsible for (a) the development and coordination of Rutland Institute programs for business and industry, (b) marketing and branding of these programs, as part of the Institute?s mission and as a potential source of revenue, and (c) the creation and maintenance of mutually beneficial partnerships with businesses and organizations such as local chambers of commerce, Rotary Clubs and other Civic organizations. The Associate Director will assist in the development of a strategic plan, business plan, and annual assessment plans and reports as required by the Clemson University Office of Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness.  The Associate Director for Business Outreach reports to the Director of the Rutland Institute and the Director of the 3E Alliance: Ethics, Enterprise and Entrepreneurship.
     
    More specifically, the Associate Director?s responsibilities include:
     
    1.  Actively engaging with the business community to advance the mission of the Rutland Institute for Ethics.
    2.  Coordinating Rutland Institute participation in the 3E Alliance, ?Ethics Enterprise and Entrepreneurship,? with the Arthur M. Spiro Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership and the Clemson Institute for the Study of Capitalism.
    3.  Coordinating Rutland Institute collaborations with the Southern Institute for Business and Professional Ethics, for example, the National Survey of CEOs on Business Ethics and outreach events associated with this survey (in particular, logistics, marketing, branding, and membership activities).
    4.  Determining (and keeping up to date on) what the Institute can do that is responsive to the needs of business and industry; assisting in the design and delivery of appropriate educational programs (e.g., meetings and conferences) and ethics training for clients in business and industry; aggressively marketing and branding these outreach activities as part of the Institute?s mission and as a potential source of revenue.  The aim in all of this is to establish the Institute as a nationally recognized ethics resource for business and industry.
    5.  Assisting in business-related fundraising and development activities of the Rutland Institute and 3E Alliance (in doing this the AD will be working closely with the Clemson University Development Office). 
    6.  Managing the promotion, membership development, and delivery of membership benefits for the Rutland Ethics Alliance.
    7.  Developing and managing a business section of the Rutland Institute for Ethics Update (a publication for members of the Rutland Ethics Alliance).
     
    Qualifications
    Master's degree or equivalent professional experience required.  Professional experience in ethics education or compliance is especially welcome.  Successful candidates will also

    • Have extensive experience in working with business and professional; people

    USD is an independent, Catholic institution committed to a value-centered, liberal arts education for undergraduates. In addition to offering the BBA program, the school also offers specialized baccalaureate majors, plus a full-time and a part-time MBA, a full-time International MBA, and five specialized MS degree programs (executive leadership, global leadership, accounting and financial management, supply chain management, and real estate). Many degree programs are offered on a year round basis, which affords the opportunity for overload compensation for many faculty.

     

    Consistent productivity in the publication of academic journals and/or scholarly books is required. As an AACSB accredited school, each faculty members is expected to maintain an academically qualified status.

    Qualifications: Ph.D. or equivalent in management or business
    administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Human Resources

    Practical management/supervisory experience or experience in raising
    venture capital, or starting or managing businesses desirable.
    Position Description: Teaching requirements for the successful candidate
    will emphasize courses which address starting new businesses and related
    human resource, financial, operational, marketing and management issues.

    Assistant / Associate professor in CSR strategy.

    Description:
    The department of graduate studies in management seeks qualified and talented
    candidates for one or more full-time, tenure track position at all ranks. The
    position is available immediately and remains open until filled.

    Courses at the University of Fortaleza - UNIFOR - are primarily taught in
    Portuguese, with a growing number of courses in English. Teaching
    responsibilities at the undergraduate and graduate level can be initially in
    English, but it is expected that the candidate acquires knowledge in Portuguese
    by the end of the second year of his/her contract.

    The University provides plenty of time to carry out academic research projects.
    Research funding opportunities are available from the Brazilian government. The
    salary depends on the qualifications of the candidate (a reference starting
    salary is roughly R$ 95.000,00 or US$ 55.000 / per annum which compares
    favorably with salaries in Europe considering lower living costs in Brazil).
    The university administration helps the candidate to obtain a visa / work
    permit for Brazil.

    The University of Fortaleza – UNIFOR –, founded in 1973, is the largest private
    university in the Northeastern region of Brazil and belongs to one of Brazil´s
    largest industrial conglomerates with activities in the gas distribution,

      The Department of Management, Entrepreneurship and Technology in the Lee

      Colorado State University

      The Department of Management in the College of Business at Colorado State
      University announces a nine-month special appointment position (non-tenured,
      with benefits) for an individual with expertise in Entrepreneurship,
      Strategic Management and/or International Management. A Ph.D. degree (or
      ABD) in business administration, management, or a related field is required.
      Qualified applicants must have a proven record of excellence in teaching
      management courses. The normal teaching load for this position is four
      sections per semester to be determined by the department chair. Although
      this is a non-tenure track position, the department hopes to attract a
      candidate who wishes to make a long term commitment. The rank for this
      position will be Special Assistant, Special Associate, or Special Full
      Professor, depending on experience. Salary is also very competitive,
      commensurate with qualifications and experience. The start date will be
      August of 2013.

      The Department of Management has a strong record of teaching and research
      accomplishments, and expects faculty members to be active in the academic
      community. Preferred qualifications are (a) the ability to contribute to a
      collegial atmosphere in the Department and the College, (b) experience
      teaching entrepreneurship or strategic management courses, (c) experience
      with entrepreneurial ventures, (d) a willingness to contribute to
      departmental service, such as advising student organizations or serving on
