  • 1.  AoM Placement Service

    Hello All,

    Have any of you been using the AoM Placement service? I'm using it as an
    employer, and find the process of searching for and contacting potential
    applicants to be absolutely unwieldy. I've contacted folks at AoM, but they
    tend to answer direct questions only, rather than try to deal with what
    seem to me to be structural problems. Have others experienced problems? Or
    found ways to work around them?

    We have used it as an employer but only recently to list positions.  We have been fortunate enough to generate good applicants from postings to the listserv so I don't search for applicants on it.  It is helpful in finding out who else is recruiting but that is about it.
