    Position Announcement:  Business Citizenship/Environment of Business
    (Visiting Assistant/Associate Professor or Executive in Residence Position)
    Kogod School of Business


    The Department of Management at the nationally-ranked Kogod School of Business invites applications and nominations for a one-year visiting appointment to a faculty position beginning fall semester 2008.

    Qualifications include:
            --          Ph.D. in appropriate field of Management (business and society, business-government relations, business environment with secondary focus in either entrepreneurship or strategy) or anticipated completion by August 2008.  A JD is desirable, but not necessary.  Executive in Residence Position: Ph.D. as specified above or an MBA with substantial business and/or nonprofit organization experience in the specified fields.
            --        Primary teaching focus on the managerial dimensions of business and society, business citizenship, business social responsibility, ethics and the legal environment of business with a secondary focus in either entrepreneurship or strategy.
    --        Effective teaching at all levels; and
    --        Strong commitment to high-quality teaching.

    Responsibilities include:
    -        Undergraduate and MBA teaching; and
    -        Participation in department, school, and university activities.

    Competitive salary and Assistant/Associate Professor rank (with PhD) or for the Executive in Residence position.
