Dear SIM collegues,
my name is Katharina and I am a PhD student currently searching for scales appropriate to measure organization's instrumental/normative/integrative/moral (and similar) motives for engaging in CSR. So far I couldn't find any useful scale suitable for a survey based data collection.
Are you aware of scales that (via surveys) measure organization's CSR motives for one or some of the dimensions mentioned above?
All relevant advices are highly appreciated. Thank you very much in advance!
