    Postdoc Vacancy on Organizational Learning & Change

    Management Studies (MST) Group, Department of Social Sciences, Wageningen University

    The Management Studies (MST) Group at Wageningen University seeks to fill one exciting full-time postdoc position on the topic of Organizational Learning and Change financed through a project titled “Putting Big Ideas into Practice: Developing Soft Skills for Large Systems Change”. The postdoc will receive an initial contract up to December 31st 2015 with possibility of renewal until August 2017.

    The ideal candidate will have:
    1. a track record and interest of teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses on organizational behavior, entrepreneurship and/or innovation

    2. enthusiasm in experimenting innovative teaching methods for the development of intra-personal and inter-personal skills in organisation contexts;

    3. track record or at least a promising pipeline of publications in the area of organization studies, competence development, entrepreneurship and/or innovation, also applied to the area of food and agriculture or sustainable development;

    4. a PhD title or at least a final PhD defence scheduled in a way that allows focusing full-time on the postdoc education responsibilities between August and October 2015.
