  • 1.  suggestion for Martha McCaskey-like case

    Dear SIM list:
For my MBA ethics course, I like to use the Martha McCaskey case to illustrate
    1) the gradual immersion of an organizational decision maker into a situation
that is ethically questionable at a number of levels (culture, leadership, and
so on)?a situation which is making her increasingly uncomfortable; and 2) the
"loyalty, voice, exit" choices available to her.

Unfortunately, I can't use Martha McCaskey for my next course because the
students covered the case in a prior course. I'm looking for another good case
that would allow me to illustrate #1 and #2 above. Do you have any
    suggestions?

    Much appreciated,
    Don

    Don,
You may want to consider some of Mary Gentile's cases in her Voicing Your Values series. They are available via the Aspen Institute and I believe they're free.
Some of them are quite good.
