    Volkswagen's Clean Diesel Dilemma - Andrew Hoffman
    The CEO of Volkswagen Group has just been notified that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resource Board will begin investigating claims that some of the company's diesel engine vehicles have violated emissions standards. How could such violations be taking place within an organization of Volkswagen's prestige and reliability? If true, how would this news affect its brand and sustainability strategy? Students are asked to consider how companies can balance market pressures, business objectives, and environmental responsibility. 
        
      
    General Mills Commits to Sourcing 100% Sustainable Cocoa - Andrew Hoffman
    In 2013, General Mills committed to sustainably sourcing 100% of its top 10 priority ingredients by 2020. This case examines General Mills' efforts to reduce its impact on the climate, while maintaining a long-term source for one of its most contentious ingredients: cocoa.
