FACULTY POSITION

In view of its continuous growth IÉSEG School of Management in Lille and Paris invites applications for two full-time positions (starting September 2016) in CSR/Business ethics and Strategy at Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level (Paris/Lille campus).

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

The candidate is expected to contribute to the Innovation & Entrepreneurship track with strong teaching skills and a commitment to research excellence. Publications in top tier journals is definitely a plus. He/she will teach at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and also contribute to the design and development of the track's programs. The candidate should be a team player.

We are particularly interested in candidates whose research interests are related to various fields of Strategic Management, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Business Ethics. The ideal candidate (M/F) should be able to teach both Strategic Management courses and courses on CSR and/or Business Ethics.

Applicants should be completely fluent in English as all courses will be taught in this language. Prior knowledge of French is not required for the job.

SALARY RANGE

As well as an interesting salary, housing search assistance is provided by IÉSEG. Employees also receive French social security benefits, complementary health insurance and a contributory pension scheme. The School further provides French courses to faculty members.
