Dear colleagues,
If you plan to attend the Academy of Management Meeting in Atlanta next week, we would like to invite you to join us explore and discuss ethical issues raising from coaching at the interface of the organization!
Session Type: Symposium
Program Session: 1204 | Submission: 10416 | Sponsor(s): (MC, MED)
Scheduled: Monday, Aug 7 2017 1:15PM - 2:45PM at Hilton Atlanta in Room 305
Abstract: This panel symposium explores the ethical challenges that arise from the inherent boundary condition of coaching. In particular, we will introduce typical ethical dilemmas resulting from coaching at the interface and envision them as a source of development, both for self and the organization. Composed of international researchers and coaches, the panel will build on two case studies as a support for reflexivity and discussion. An edited book project is associated to this symposium.
Come, share, learn, agree, disagree: We look forward to seeing you there!
