Three updates for IABS 2018:
1. Registration for the 2018 writing camp is now available. Brad Agle, current president of IABS, will be coordinating the writing camp again this year, which will be on Tuesday, June 5 and Wednesday, June 6 (with an optional meeting Monday evening, June 4, for dinner). Do you have a project that you're trying to advance toward journal submission? This is a great opportunity to make progress on it, getting feedback from fellow IABS members. This year's workshop will cost $60 and include lunch on both days. 2. Early registration ($375 regular, $275 doctoral students/emeritus/emerita) for the conference ends on March 22. Prices go up $50 during the regular registration period (March 23-May 23). At least one author of each paper must be registered by March 22 for their paper to remain on the program. In addition to registering for the conference and the writing camp, doctoral students and junior faculty members can also register for the combined consortium, which starts on June 6 and ends on June 7.
3.. And finally, if you haven't made hotel reservations yet (and I've received emails from a few folks who missed the original deadline!), the deadline for the IABS rate (865 HKD plus 10 percent service charge, single or double) has been extended one last time by the hotel to March 21 (Hong Kong time).
