Reinvigorating the SIM Mid-Career Scholar - PDW #388
Saturday, August 6, 2:00-4:00pm
Anaheim Marriott, Grand Ballroom Salon G
Have you reached a plateau in your scholarship? Are you wondering how to recharge your career? Have you considered reinventing yourself through research, teaching, service, or practice? Are you contemplating next career steps? We invite you to join our distinguished panel of SIM scholars for the Reinvigorating the SIM Mid-Career Scholar Workshop (#388) on Saturday, August 6, from 2-4 pm in the Anaheim Marriott, Grand Ballroom Salon G.
This PDW is for you -- the mid-career scholar -- to reinvigorate, support, and inspire your professional objectives. The session will begin with a 30-minute discussion by a panel of experienced and successful SIM scholars, including Brad Agle, Tony Buono, Ed Freeman, Dima Jamali, and Sandra Waddock. In the remaining 90-minutes we will break out into small group discussions captained by panelists to permit more in-depth conversation and idea exchange. The goal of this PDW is to help you generate energy and excitement about defining and engaging in the next phase of your academic career.
