Hi Folks,
My apologies for the cross-postings.
A corporate partner of ours is interested in looking at gender equity and its financial implications for firms. I looked around for some rankings or data on this topic and came up empty. The KLD diversity indicators are almost all couched in terms of women and minorities which while important is not what our corporate partner wants to investigate. Anybody have any suggestions on company level gender equity data?
Regards
Mark
