SIM Colleagues,

In anticipation of the upcoming autumn issue of the Society for Business Ethics (SBE) Newsletter, I would like to extend a call for you to submit content to me by *September 15, 2008*.  Please note that this deadline is two weeks earlier than the normal end of September date.  All submissions can be sent to me at jeffery_smith@redlands.edu (please note spelling).

I am looking for information and contributions in the following areas:

1. CALLS for papers, conferences, special issues, competitive fellowships, etc.
2. JOB announcements
3. ANNOUNCEMENTS pertinent to the field of business ethics, e.g., new appointments, newly established institutes, collaborative initiatives with other organizations, etc.
4. COMMENTARIES on topical issues relevant to business ethics
5. REVIEWS on texts, Internet resources, DVDs, etc.
6. TEACHING resources or strategies

We had a number of fruitful conversations at the last SBE annual meeting in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:city w:st="on">Anaheim</st1:city></st1:place> about the newsletter.  It can only serve our membership and other constituencies when its content is timely, informative, and rich.  This relies on contributions from you.
