The Network for Business Sustainability (NBS, nbs.net/) is searching for a qualified candidate to join the NBS team as the new Knowledge Manager.
A Canadian non-profit established in 2005, NBS produces authoritative resources on important sustainability issues, with the goal of shaping management practice and research. NBS connects thousands of researchers and professionals worldwide who are interested in corporate social responsibility and who believe in the value of research-based practice and practice-based research. NBS is based at the Ivey School of Business at Western University in London, Ontario.
The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and development of NBS's knowledge portfolio. Core activity areas include managing annual research projects and other knowledge products, and managing research stakeholders. The role requires an entrepreneurial and proactive approach.
The incumbent should have an advanced degree (masters or doctorate) in management or a related field and/or 8-10 years relevant experience. Candidates should also have experience conducting or managing academic research projects and possess a strong understanding of business sustainability.
