TENURE-TRACK FACULTY POSITION
ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR/HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Rutgers University School of Business-Camden seeks applications at the assistant professor level for a tenure-track position in the area of Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management to begin Fall 2015. Teaching may include both undergraduate and MBA courses in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management and may require teaching at off-campus locations of the university. Candidates should have an existing track record of publishing in top-tier journals, or a clear demonstration of the ability to do so, and an AACSB-accredited Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline or field of study.
Part of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Rutgers School of Business-Camden (RSBC) has a research-oriented mission and is AACSB accredited. RSBC currently serves over 1100 undergraduate and 325 MBA students. Located in southern New Jersey just across the Delaware River from downtown Philadelphia, with easy access to New York and Washington D.C., the campus serves over 6500 students in undergraduate, graduate, and Ph.D. programs.
