The International Humanistic Management Association invites you to a webinar on Evidence-based Decision Making  this Friday, 03/22 from 12-1pm EST.

Continuing education credits available. Topic:  How can evidence-based practice can help managers and organizations make more-informed decisions?

    Registration: http://humanisticmanagement.international/activities/events/

Evidence-based practice emphasizes paying careful attention to the quality of evidence and the interpretation of information so the best evidence is used, and searching for evidence across multiple sources rather than just one or two. Evidence-based practice in management and HR involves asking questions using a six step approach and collecting evidence from four sources: Scientific literature; internal organizational data; stakeholders' values and concerns (including ethical values and concerns); and practitioners' professional expertise. Hence, this approach combines many different sources of evidence and focuses on the best available evidence allowing organizations to exercise due diligence and to take more effective decisions.

Guest: Rob Briner, Center for Evidence Based Management

    Hope to see you there!
