Dear Simians,
I will teach a Business and Society course in our Commodity Trading Program at the University of Geneva. The students are used to have each course in the program tailored to their industry. While I will still cover general important topics on the role of business in society, I am looking for any useful teaching material and especially cases with a focus on commodity trading. I taught the course last year and used several cases from the Harvard Case Network on commodities (tea, coffee, minerals), but the students (traders) really pushed and wanted to know more about why ethics matters for them as traders. Any suggestions or recommendations for course material is more than welcome!
Thank you in advance.
Best wishes from Lake Geneva
