    Dear colleagues,

It is a pleasure to invite you to the 4th annual Humanistic Management Conference in Tuebingen (Weltethos Institut), Germany, from October 8-10, 2014.

Conferences by the Humanistic Management Network bring together leading academics, practitioners and policy makers to rethink business as an endeavor that protects human dignity and promotes human well being.

In this conference we will examine the conceptual foundations of human dignity in business, as well as the role of human rights and responsibilities. Focusing on some of the trail-blazing companies, practitioners will share with us how their practices respect human rights and promote responsibility. Policy makers will point out limitations and progressive approaches in business strategies. In concert with renowned global experts from academia, practice and policy, we will engage in an interactive application-oriented, 2-day collaboration in search of solutions and dissemination of good practices.

For those interested in similar conferences, please save the date for Nov. 7, 2014 where we will cohost a conference on well-being as business purpose with the OECD at the OECD headquarters in Paris.

Please feel free to share or get back to me with any questions.

    Best wishes,

    Michael
