Thank you very much for all of your responses, I have summarized the information in the attached table, if I overlooked someone's email, I apologize in advance, I tried to record every email that I received. There were a couple emails that didn't contain the university, and I couldn't track it down by the email address.
I really appreciate everyone who took the time to provide me with this very helpful and useful information, I wish it was this easy to collect data for my empirical work!!�� thank you, Kathy
