    Call for SIM/B&S/BE Syllabi for SIM Website

    Wouldn't it be helpful to click on the SIM Division's Teaching Website (http://sim.aomonline.org/teach.html) and find sample syllabi you can explore/use for Social Issues in Management, Business & Society, and Business Ethics courses? The SIM Curriculum Development Committee (CDC) thinks so. But first, we need to collect and upload them.

    Please email your syllabus to Denis Collins (CDC chair) at dcollins@edgewood.edu by March 15. We'll need to categorize them. If possible, please provide the following information in the body of the email:

    1)      Primary Textbook Used Citation, include edition (If no primary textbook, type None);

    2)      Title of Class;

    3)      Level (UG, MBA, EMBA, Other(if so, what?));

    4)      Your name and email (in case someone wants to contact you)

    Example: Denis Collins, Business Ethics: Best Practices for Designing and Managing Ethical Organizations, 2nd Edition; Business Ethics; UG/MBA/EMBA; Denis Collins dcollins@edgewood.edu

    I will email each of the leading SIM/B&S/BE textbook authors listed on Amazon.com to contribute a sample syllabus.

    If you have any other questions, just ask.

    Thanks,

    Denis Collins

    Curriculum Development Committee Chair
